1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Midnight Olive website or making a reservation, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Reservations & Cancellations

Table reservations are subject to availability. We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations; otherwise a fee of €50 per person may be charged. For private events, separate contracts apply.

3. Dietary & Allergies

While we handle allergens with care, our kitchen uses nuts, gluten, and dairy. Please inform staff about any severe allergies before ordering. Midnight Olive is not liable for adverse reactions.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this site – text, images, logos – is the property of Midnight Olive and may not be reproduced without written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Monégasque law, Midnight Olive shall not be liable for any indirect damages arising from the use of our website or services.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Principality of Monaco. Any disputes shall be resolved in the Monaco Court of First Instance.
